Dr Francesca Capaldo
DVM MPhil PGCert SA Ophthal AVP Ophthal MRCVS
Francesca is an Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Ophthalmology with over 18 years experience providing ophthalmology services for small animals with a wide range of ocular diseases and emergency cases.
Before joining the Pet Eye Clinic, she practised in Italy, the USA, and at the Animal Health Trust in the UK. She also undertook a research fellowship in Ophthalmology at Penn State University and holds a Masters in Veterinary Science and a Certificate in Ophthalmology.
Outside of work, Francesca shares her home with two parsonhund/dachshund crosses called Zorro and Luna, and a miniature poodle named Amber.
Dr Kyle Martinko
BvetMed MRCVS
Kyle graduated as a veterinary surgeon from the Royal Veterinary College in 2020. He also holds a degree in Ecology, Evolution and Behaviour from Binghamton University, New York. Kyle has a particular interest in ophthalmology and surgery.
Outside of work, he enjoys running, kayaking, football and painting. When he has the time, he visits his family in America.
